Location: The exact starting point is from the car park furthest away from the cafe, turn left as you enter the car park.

The walk starts from the car park at Lanhydrock, walking along forest paths and through fields to Respryn. Then along a forested track alongside the River Fowey, returning via the swimming pool. There will be an apple stop at or around Respryn so bring a drink and something to eat, an apple or banana. The walk will finish with / tea and cake in the cafe.
