Location: Meet at Porthcothan car park, which is advertised as free in the winter months (until 31st March).

The walk follows the coast path from Porthcothan to Park Head before taking footpaths inland to visit the pretty hamlets of Tregona, Treburrick and Penrose. There will be mud, uneven steps on the coast, and an area which is electric fenced.
