Starting from Trelissick NT the walk will follow footpaths and quiet lanes to Old Kea Church. Then footpaths past tea fields, along the shores of the river Fal past Coombe, Cowlands and Roundwood Fort before returning to Trelissick.

Finish with refreshments at Trelissick NT tearooms or Punchbowl and Ladle pub.
